Frequently Asked Questions
General
When, where, and what time is the wedding?
October 3, 2026
The Hotel at Avalon—9000 Avalon Blvd., Alpharetta, GA 30009
5:00pmET
Can I bring a "plus one"?
"Plus ones" have been included where requested and will be reflected on your official invitation. As much as we'd love to celebrate with everyone, we have a limited guest count, so we're unable to accommodate additional guests beyond those listed on your invitation. Thank you for your understanding!
Are children invited?
If your child(ren) are invited, your official invitation will include their names or "& Family," and their names will also appear when you RSVP. As with plus ones, we have a limited guest count, so we're unable to accommodate children who aren't listed on your invitation.
If they are invited, whether you choose to bring them or enjoy a parents-only evening is completely up to you—no judgment either way. 🙂
What's the dress code?
Semi-formal / cocktail. Think elegant but comfortable—no cummerbunds or black bowties required. Dress to impress and to dance.
Need a little more guidance?
Polished and festive, but not black tie, "Semi-Formal/Cocktail" attire contains suits or dress shirts with slacks (ties optional), cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, or elegant separates. Comfortable shoes encouraged.

How do I RSVP?

Can I RSVP for someone else?
If multiple guests are included on your invitation, you can submit RSVPs for everyone in your party at the same time.
Can I change my RSVP after I've submitted it?
Yes. We understand that plans can change. If you need to update your RSVP after submitting it, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but we can't guarantee adjustments after our final headcount has been submitted.
I received an invitation but can't attend. Should I still RSVP?
Yes, please! Even if you are unable to join us, we'd appreciate you letting us know so we can finalize our guest count.
What if I miss the RSVP deadline?
Please reach out to us as soon as possible using the contact form. We may not be able to accommodate late responses after finalizing our guest count with vendors, but we'll do our best to help.
What if I have dietary restrictions or food allergies?
If you have a severe allergy, please let us know when you RSVP by using the field provided. If you have a strict dietary restriction, you may use the same field and we will do our best to accommodate.
What if I can't find my name when I try to RSVP?
